Usagi asks her family if they can officially keep Luna as a pet, but her little brother Shingo strongly objects due to his fear of cats. Instead, he brings home a pet Chanela, a creature that smells like perfume. Shingo becomes so absorbed in his new pet, that he behaves differently, which worries Usagi.
