Chilly Willy cons grocery store proprietor Wally Walrus out of all his fish. Chilly, walking by a fish market, sees a large fish in the window. Chilly goes inside and sneaks along under the counter. Arriving at the fish bin, Chilly reaches up and takes a large fish.
