Following the night Fadi said “no” to Kenan, life takes a completely different turn for both parties. Experiencing rejection for the first time, Kenan is rushed to the hospital under the shock of the event. Despite the doctors' diagnosis of “intense stress, not a heart attack,” Kenan is in denial. On the other side, Fadi goes to Doctor Hanım and explains how she has been consumed by the man she has loved for years, saying that Kenan is now “dead” to her. However, Kenan's insistence does not cease during this process; his obsession reaches a point where he monitors Fadi's house. Additionally, Kenan experiences crises in the business world alongside this difficult process. While Handan and Neslihan make plans to take Kenan to a psychiatrist, Kenan begins to believe that Fadi who is trying to stand on her own feet, has someone else in her life.
