But when Gene and Angelo defeat the competition and purchase the property, they learn that the house also includes a leaky roof, a colony of cockroaches and a couple of feral cats. What looked like an easy flip becomes a challenging renovation, but Gene and Angelo are determined to turn the property around and make a profit that their competition will envy.
