Clemente learns the results of the DNA test, which show that the businessman's paternity is 99.9%. This, by all accounts, suggests that everything went as Vanessa expected. Meanwhile, Ignacia has a tense argument with Karina, as the latter tries to prove that Luis Emilio isn't the person she thinks he is, but someone much darker. At the Walker family home, Luis Emilio has a heated conversation with Bernardita about her strategy of receiving a financial injection in exchange for her daughter marrying Joaquín. Bastián's mother finds Diana in the next room, suspecting that she may have heard everything. Diana initially denies it, but eventually accepts it and invites Bernardita to open up to her and confess what that terrible thing that happened at the Walker Group's anniversary party was. Bastián goes to Jessica's house with the intention of talking and sorting things out.
