1998, the year we got Baldurs Gate, 1, Ocarina of Time and Halflife. Also Underlight. Underlight is an extremely Role-play focused MMO, in fact RP is in the rules. It's less a traditional MMO and more an online space designed to facilitate roleplaying and community interaction, which means now the community has moved away, there's not a great deal left to do.
