After seeing some photos of Roberto with a different appearance, Luciana learns of the pain he carries. The lawyer tells her about the bitter experience that marked his life and that of his sister. Visiting Elena and Daniel again, Elena apologizes for not revealing that she was Adrián's girlfriend. Finding herself alone for a moment, remorse over the lies she had told overcomes her. Upon learning of Joaquín's closeness to Luciana, Roberto begins to believe that Enrique is using his goddaughter for his own benefit. Despite the affection he has developed for the psychologist, the lawyer now believes that she is covering for the Ferrers. After a dinner where she discovers that Roberto's daughter wants him to reconcile with Karina, Luciana cannot hide her discomfort. Sad and disappointed, she confesses to her grandmother that she has fallen in love with the lawyer.
