On a night when spooky winds blow, Come-Come is woken up by a strange voice saying “I’m Chi...” The next morning, Chi, Come-Come, Ann and Telly find a mysterious feather in the park. Who does it belong to? As they go find the owner, the sun goes down, and again, the strange voice “I’m Chi...” is heard. It’s a hot summer mystery!
