Dan and Simon are thoroughly loved up. This new found happiness even has an effect on Dan's work - he is more confident with his patients and stands up to Serena. However, when Simon is offered a dream job in Leeds and looks like he'll be leaving, Dan's new found confidence flounders. Can he bear to be separated from Simon? Chrissie and Sacha struggle to define their relationship. Their plans for a romantic dinner are blown out of the water when Ella, the medical student from a few weeks ago, is admitted as a patient.
