The "Part-time Job Series" is about a weak character named Kusanagi Kouki who somehow "awakens" when he finds himself in a pinch. A man who has developed a grudge against the convenience store employee Kusanagi over a trivial matter appears late at night with a bat and picks a fight with Kusanagi. The manager and the junior staff, played by Tsubone Yuujin, are assaulted and lose their will to fight. How will the unarmed Kusanagi act against a man who not only has a bat but also a knife?
