Hyun-sung suffers serious injuries while trying to save Jin-tae and U-ri. Upon hearing the news, Na-young rushes over to Haedeul Hospital to see Hyun-sung but is told to leave, and Su-ji beats herself up thinking that her decision to confront Jin-tae about the truth ended up hurting everyone. Meanwhile, Yoon-ja finally finds out that Do-young is becoming a dad.
