Hyun-sung feels chaotic getting caught between Jin-tae, who wants to quit the hospital, and Ma-ri, who wants to stop him. After the incident with Ah-ra running away, Su-ji and Sun-young's relationship becomes uneasy, and U-ri tries to appease Su-ji's discouraged mood. Meanwhile, Yoon-ja receives mail that shocks her immensely.
