Beth teaches Susan how to put more effort into her training, while Beth tries to show her how to relax. Lucky gives the girls a lesson on how to set. Meanwhile, Luther's secretive plan starts to unfold, as the missing Jewels of the Olympic Torch play an essential role in Spike Team's training.
