A poacher had been preying on the Black Bear population in the mountains of Oregon for many months. He was selling their gall bladders for export to Asia where they were believed to have medicinal qualities. A concerned citizen came forward hoping to help investigators stop the slaughter of these animals. With the help of this individual, authorities were able to compile evidence to arrest not only the poacher, but also the man who was buying and exporting the gall bladders as well.
