Welcome to another yoga for men class. Today we'll be working on upper body strength, hip openers, twists and standing balancing and standing twist poses. Lots of options for handstands too! We're very sorry, but some unexpected construction started right outside the yoga shala while we filmed this class. We did our best to remove any construction sounds but if there are still some in there we invite you to make it part of your practice as this is out of our control and we work hard to deliver better quality next time.
