In this vinyasa flow yoga for men vinyasa class we will work on hip strength and mobility, upper body strength and core to round everything nicely up. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
