Here is another yoga for men vinyasa yoga class. Hopefully you have done my first two classes of this series! It seems you all want more so here is episode 3. Check out my upcoming workshops and retreats worldwide on my website below. I am motivated to produce a lot more of these and soon will try to get one out every week meaning there is a lot more opportunity for you to practice or tell your friends or your partner. My goal is to inspire more men to practice yoga. This is a challenging class, focusing on standing postures, glutes, thighs but no worries I got some good upper body stuff and core in there as well. I know this is a strong one, the next one will be a little more gentle again (maybe haha) :) So excited to share this with you. Let me know how it goes and have fun! Yoga is a practice of patience.
