Every year, Bubber receives many parking fines, and he himself believes that each and every one is innocent. Bubber also does not hold back to call the parking attendants, and people who generally work to comply with rules, both "very small people" and "wannabe streamers". But now Bubber has to taste his own medicine. He himself must try to work as both a parking attendant and a subway steward. It turns into four days of hard work, during which he has to realize that the prejudices may not quite hold water.
