Many of the housewives and their families meet for the first time at a backyard barbecue hosted by Jeana. The party gives Jo an opportunity to flirt with Jeana's hunky 18-year-old son, who's much more innocent than he seems. Meanwhile, Slade hires young, pretty new assistant to Jo's chagrin; Kimberly shops for an even bigger house; and Vicki and her brood go on a boating vacation.
