In the first case, dash-cam footage of a moped's dramatic collision with a moving car weighs heavily in the determination as to which driver is at fault. In the next case, a federal employee in recovery claims marijuana was being smoked by her fellow tenants. When she brings this to the attention of her landlord, she claims she was evicted.
