In the first, a married couple move into a friends' house with 3 kids and 4 dogs in tow and end up suing them over an eviction and alleged property damage. In the second case, a single mother, running a baby shoe business, says the owner of a children's clothing website agreed to buy her company. They argue over the terms of that sale.
