Maddy and Billy tour the Moonbase with two astronauts! While listening to Captain Momentous' speech, Billy gives him some expired powdered anchovies, which Billy mistakes for powdered water. After eating the expired fish, Captain Momentous begins to hallucinate that everyone is an alien.
