Jamy's World

Jamy's World

Au cœur de la faune sauvage (1x3)

:

In Kenya, the South of France and the Svalbard archipelago in Norway, men and women are living close to wildlife. Hundreds of elephant families have made their home in Kenya's Amboseli National Park, despite the presence of humans. In Nairobi, an orphanage takes in injured elephants and victims of poaching. Further afield, in Shompole, Masai herders have long lived in close contact with lions. In the Cévennes region of France, colonies of griffon vultures eat the carcasses of dead ewes, doing the farmers a favour. Finally, in Norway's Svalbard archipelago, humans live side by side with the polar bear, the world's largest land carnivore.
