Young learns about Dong-joo's father and Tae-joon's connection. He thinks that Dong-joo is trying to get on Tae-joon's side. Dong-joo looks for the car related to his father's death. A guy comes to report on a loan company called Gold Cash. Meanwhile, new chiefs of Bureau 3 and 5 are being appointed, and Commissioner Baek recommends Young as the Chief of Bureau 5.
