Heavyweight Fabricio Werdum gets a questionable haircut, as opponent Travis Browne does an underwater workout. The next day, title challenger Alistair Overeem embraces the festival aspect of open workouts, where Miocic receives a spirited hometown welcome. Also at the arena, a focused Punk gets a pep talk from bantamweight Urijah Faber, and opponent Mickey Gall makes the most of his opportunity. Then the heavyweight champ returns to the gym after the sun goes down.
