Nikki and Rob met five years ago and they have two young children, living in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. They live in a unique home which has a small shop front attached to it. As a personal trainer, this is perfect for Nikki, because she has converted the shop into a gym and can work from there. But Rob isn't as keen on it. He feels the layout is all wrong and they're finding there's no space to have a comfortable home and a business. But can Neale renovate a business premises and a house together? And will Andrew actually find a place they can afford in an area where prices are rising - fast?
