Hip-hop artist Jason Diakité, better known as Timbuktu, visits Plura together with actor Elin Klinga and troubadour Stefan Sundström. Elin Klinga reveals that she is "Sarah" in Mauro Scocco's song of the same name. Carla Jonsson is, as usual, responsible for the background music. The food they cook is classic carpaccio, chuletón with padrones and flan brûlée with orange and strawberry salad. Plura brings Timbuktu to Restaurang AG in Plura's Pärlor.
