The evening's main guest is director Måns Herngren together with pop and rock stars Titiyo and Maja Ivarsson, who together make eggs florentine, whole roasted venison cutlet with celery puree and apple tart with vanilla ice cream. Carla Jonsson is responsible for the background music. In Plura's Pärlor, Plura takes Måns Herngren to B. Andersson's Fågel & Vilt in Östermalmshallen.
