Paul Gordon is convinced that Ivan Milat is the serial killer. Searching through the files, Paul discovers that he was prosecuted for the rape of two hitchhikers in 1971 but he was acquitted. Gordon finds one of the girls who identifies Milat in a photo. Paul finds another testimony via the Hotline set up: that of the Englishman Paul Onions who had managed to escape.
