Johannes and Ralf are expecting a visitor from Berlin: Johannes' niece Meike wants to make a documentary about life in Brandenburg and arrives with her cameraman Jan. After initial nervousness, it quickly becomes clear that the young people need a lot of coaching on socialism, the GDR and the reality of life. Prejudices have to be cleared out of the way.
