Jonas (Ludwig Trepte) works at the Federal Intelligence Service and listens to unauthorized telephone conversations with his ex-girlfriend. He learns that an investigative journalist (Mehmet Kurtulu?) Is lured by an alleged informant in an ambush and killed. Instead of warning the journalists, Jonas goes to confession, where he wants to put the fate of the journalist in the hands of the priest (Stipe Erceg). Will the priest be able to get Jonas to do the right thing? A race against time begins, because the assassination is planned in a few minutes.
