Director Yoon finds out that there are too many patients staying longer than needed and orders Chief Koo of the Cardiothoracic Department to weed out the unneeded patients. Acting on her suspicion, Soo Yeon meets with the daughter of Han Min Sik's aide, who died on the operating table, and digs for answers. Meanwhile, Han Min Sik confirms his candidacy for the presidential election, and Professor Choi asks Director Yoon for something more than just his word.
