Tae Soo returns to Taesan University Hospital under the consent received by Professor Choi and is scheduled to perform surgery on a very urgent patient the very next day. However, with Chief Koo picked as one of the doctors for the show "Best Doctors," Tae Soo's surgery gets postponed. Meanwhile, Soo Yeon recollects the incident that killed her father and suspects it to be someone's doing.
