Tae Soo holds his mother's funeral. The operating team comes to say goodbye and to give Tae Soo support, except for Professor Choi. The newly appointed hospital director, Yoon Hyun Il, has lunch with his staff and later, calls Professor Choi for answers. Meanwhile, Ji Na and Dong Joon argue over who should be taking care of Soo Yeon.
