Computers crash at the air-traffic control centre in Swanwick, which co-ordinates flights all over southern England, leaving around 4,000 passengers stranded - and Luton supervisor Leo Jones finds himself in the firing line. As the chaos reaches its peak, he decides radical action is called for and closes down the customer services desk altogether.
