On today’s show, Martha demonstrates how to create the authentic flavors of Greece using a variety of unique ingredients: walnut and honey baklava with layers of buttered phyllo, mastiha lends a gently pine and anise flavor to kourabiedes, and twice-baked paximadia flavored with ouzo, sesame seeds, and a hint of orange.
