Billy responds to a construction site where a vicious varmint has the workers running scared. He then tries to outsmart the beast and in the process gets some brutal bites. Some strange paranormal activity jepordizies the sale of a country home, so Billy enlists his reluctant dispatcher Bea to investigate. They go in for a ghost hunt, but get more than they bargained for.
