The junkyard is getting removed and a glue factory will take its place. Wayne resorts for Lucien for help, and Joe comes to stay with the Cramps. Mrs. Cramp isn't pleased with his behavior and decides to do by all means to get rid of Joe. Lucien thinks that cleanliness is the problem with animals.
