Farmer's Fiesta (6x7)

Nancy Fuller's daughter and grandkids are in town, so she's throwing a farmer's fiesta and making a Cuban-inspired menu in honor of her son-in-law. On the fiery menu are Arroz Con Pollo, Sweet and Spicy Baked Plantains Chips, Kicked-Up Cuban Salad, Cheese Flan and Spicy Zucchini Mojito's.
