A sequel to a drama in which a "game of deception" is played by betting a huge amount of money. Two years after finishing the third round of the Liar Game with the genius scammer Akiyama, a female college student who lived a peaceful life receives a letter of invitation for the fourth round. Nao tells her intention to decline, but she ends up participating in her secretary, Tanimura.
