A man jumps off the roof of a building after setting fire to his neighbours apartment. Officers Brian McMasters and Ralph Amoroso go to a disturbance in a restaurant caused by a man who didn't like the way his Boston Clams were cooked. A group of officers arrest a drunk man when his wife is afraid to come home. Officer John Ridge arrests a robber responding to a disturbance call at a food market.
