Gun shots ring out, detectives respond to the scene and the killer could be inside his apartment. Soon after a verbal dispute takes hold and detectives are left to determine who is telling the truth and who isn’t. The discovery of a decomposing body is never an easy case. This case throws detectives into a manhunt for a mentally unstable suspect who could be dangerous to himself for others.
