Cristina refuses to meet with Alonso, confessing that she is not in a good place to start dating. Alonso is very understanding of her situation. After Cristina's health worsens, Lorena and Marisol decide to give her a pregnancy test, confirming their suspicions: she is pregnant with Carlos's child. Cristina asks Lorena and Marisol to keep her pregnancy a secret, as she has decided to face the situation alone and not accept Carlos's help. However, Lorena doesn't think it's a good idea and believes they should tell Manuel.
