A chic hotel is always a special place where many people are invisible yet contribute significantly to the luxurious atmosphere. Sewing a dog's name on a jacket, welcoming a key client who's staying for eleven days and wants three rooms, a client who requests five hundred roses at the last minute, or the Michelin-starred chef who wants to add twenty new dishes to the menu... We spend 24 hours with all the people who make this happen: from florists and chefs to cleaning staff and the customer experience manager.
