Chef Owen is driving his girlfriend and a friend home after his evening shift as at a local restaurant. When he gets back to the station he meets a familiar face - the policeman who picked him up for his last drink-driving charge. In fact, this is the third time Owen has been caught driving over the limit. Will he ever learn?
