Titiyo och Helena af Sandeberg (3x4)

The two guests artist Titiyo and actor Helena af Sandeberg are offered chicken liver mousse, piperada (ham and vegetables fried with egg punch) and grilled confit rooster comb. They then go with Måns Herngren to a ghost castle where Franco has stayed for the night. The next day they visit Raimat, which is Europe's largest winery. Maria Andersson and Plura Jonsson take the bikes to the organic rooster farm Sanluca de Barameda. For dinner, then roast black rooster with grilled vegetables and pavlova with peaches and figs for dessert.
