Sherri McGinty in Cheltenham and the Sutherland family in Stockton-on-Tees desperately want to sell their homes. Can they handle the challenge of axing the agent? In an attempt to market their homes, Sherri heads for a local school to distribute information about her property, while the Sutherland family offer the incentive of free treatments at their beauty salon for anyone who helps them make a sale.
