Ji-seok declares his intention to cut ties, leaving Ha-na shocked and Jin-goo feeling deeply regretful. Meanwhile, as Ha-na helps a drunk Ji-seok get home, they unexpectedly run into Jin-goo and Se-young. Tensions rise when Ji-seok, still under the influence, blurts out something that leaves the three of them on edge.
