Tommy, Rose and their young triplet sons, have moved from Dallas, Texas, back home to San Diego. Looking for a home that will suit young triplets is complicated enough, but it doesn't help that Tommy wants modern construction, while Rose prefers a ranch with character. It's up to their real estate agent Kathy Grust to help them find a middle ground.
