Sometimes it comes from the wild, most often it is farmed: smoked salmon fillet. Fish: Raised in captivity in Norway or Scotland, smoked at a smokehouse. But why are there at least two types of salmon slices in every supermarket? One expensive and one cheap? A farmed salmon is a farmed salmon, right? And smoking? De Keuringsdienst visits the fish farm and discovers that all salmon are the same, but one is just a little more than the other.
